Description
These fully compostable and biodegradable paper wheelie bin liners are environmentally friendly and approved for use by most local authorities. Paper is an excellent alternative to cornstarch sacks and being constructed from 2 ply waterproofed paper, their full wet strength helps to ensure they won't break when full!
What can these be used for?
The bags are designed to fit small wheelie bins, as supplied by many councils. The flat base means they can also be used as free-standing waste sacks and using a bin liner reduces the need for bin cleaning, saving water and time!
Home composting
Paper bags and sacks are particularly suited to home compost heaps and will break down quickly and harmlessly in an active, well maintained compost heap.
Certification
Our bags are fully certified as compostable and biodegradable to EN13432, the internationally recognised certification for compostable material. They have the OK Compost and Din Certco certification and the paper used is from renewable resources - Not hardwood trees from rainforests.
Storage & Usage
Paper bags and sacks should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place, away from sources of moisture.
